Please DEVELOPERS! I love this game but PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE cut down on the ANIMATION LOCKS!!! (especially when talking with people and washing your clothes!) I want to play the game, not wait for my character to finish speaking or stand around for 30 seconds waiting for my clothes to wash when I could be cooking in the kitchen! Would also like to see speed options to fast forward time. Love the game so far; keep up the good work <3

So I almost let the negative comments turn me away. I impulse bought it and love it. I get stuck in doorways alot and it will tell you how to do stuff but wont hold your hand if you forget lol

This is a game that has so much potential, but is showing a lack of good focus on the backend. Firstly, I love this game and feel that it is a great indie title and the pricing is fair for what you get. So this review is positive. Unfortunately, I feel this game had a chance to hit the mainstream, but poor timing on release and state of the game on release hurt the first impression phase (a very important phase to get right.) The game has been worked on and there is a whole load more content, but there are huge mistakes in the games direction. The devs wasted too much time on a secondary area that has a focus on farming. This game can't compete with stardew valley - so leave that genre to the heavy hitters. The new area is dull and lacks features that are necessary in farming games. The game does well in the city map - think sandbox with many routes to follow and features to explore. The wasted time means many features in the city could have been so much better - or even work in the first place. If you form a band after getting singing up ... you can't make a song until you do either guitar or piano. Why have other musical instruments and singing as an option in the first place? That is an example of incomplete content you will come across from time to time. Overall, I'm having fun with what is here, but feel sad that the game did not reach it's full potential...maybe not even half way.

Saw the new updates and decided to play new game! I start new game and get new job as waiter, I talk to boss Russel before work as He welcomes me to Pixelia.... He then gets offended over a joke. I finish work and get message from Russel after work "Im sueing you!"..... So I get 4 star Lawyer and some witnesses.....Russel gets Perfect 5 Star Lawyer, I lost the lawsuit by a landslide I didnt win the judges favour once the entire trial!! So I was forced to pay Russel a couple grand OVER A JOKE HE DIDNT LIKE!! 10/10 Will never work for Russel ever again! xD

I love this game. It reminds me of Little Computer People from the 90s (or House in a Box for any middle aged US gamers). I have had minor bugs that have not affected my game play due to the regular auto saves. My only bug bear is that I can only rotate sofas and some of my NPC friends have L shaped kitchens yet I can only line mine up along a wall. I love the variety of jobs, apartments and skills. I also like the new upgrade which has made the mini games easier. Currently trying to get better at fighting but I don't think the developers should make everything so easy. It is good for some mini games to be a bit more challenging. Could not get the hang of riding a bike so I am saving up for a nice car. The side jobs are good for extra cash alongside my regular job as a baker. I enjoy spending the weekend at my farm but I would like to take my spouse with me. Although he doesn't seem to work so I guess he doesn't need the break like I do lol. There is so much to do. I would like to see different dating options instead of the bar and dancing or eating, maybe a date at the gym or cinema. Also some nicer clothes options. Really like the new addition of roommate as i have moved to a nicer apartment and she pays half the rent, as well as my spouse's contributions to the household fund. This game is cute and fun and for the price it is well worth adding to your collection.
