ONLY GET IT ON SALE!!! This game is good but not for the price. There are lots of frustrating bugs, have to do lots of restarts. Sometimes have to kick out glitched out students. Beyond the frustrations, game is a bit repetitive. Year 1. Build small class, bathroom, dorm etc. Year 2. Make them bigger and more of some of them. Year 3. Repeat year 2 + New classes. And that's pretty much the game. It's fun once you get past the frustrating bugs, but gets old pretty quickly.

A more relaxing game and not so funny than Two Point Hospital, this is however a very good simulation. This means that it's a pleasure to watch your minions, i.e. staff and students, going about their business and making you smile from time to time. There are many courses you can put in your Uni and you must build a lot of rooms to make it functional. I like to build the rooms much more than in TPH because I can put more things in them, not a lot of the same posters. For those of you not familiar with Two Point Hospital, playing this game is in fact building a University with rooms for classes, dormitories, bathrooms, places to eat and socialize, laboratories. and making sure that you are making money and make all your minions happy and serving the students enough knowledge to graduate with high honors. You can train your teachers and do research to upgrade some of your equipment. The game is structured in missions and you have objectives to finish them from one to three stars. It's long. I've finished half of the missions in 45 hours. Not including the ones from the DLC, but playing mostly on normal speed, because I really love to watch the simulation. It makes me smile or laugh. Pros: - great simulation of an university - clear and attainable objectives in mission - relaxing and not at all frustrating (TPH has some annoying grindy moments) - funny all over the place; the radio is hilarious and some animations too - it's a pleasure to watch your minions doing their business in your great building af knowledge that you've build with money and sweat - great music; actually Two Point games are almost the only ones that I play with the sound loud enough to listen what they say Cons: - not as funny as TPH.

Feels a bit more grindy than two-point hospital either that or i just blocked it out like i did with this, I like to get 3 stars and stuff like that cuz my brain hates me and loves achievments so there tends to be a lot of just waiting for the year to end so thats annoying the 3x speed doesnt feel fast enough but i fucking love this series of games so ill prolly end up buying the next one too its got great art, a funny radio / good music, gameplay can get repetitive but what can you expect its the same with most games

I bought this game and all of its DLCs a while ago during a deep sale on Steam but just now have gotten around to actually launching it and checking it out. What a pleasant surprise it has been. If you're a fan of management sim games like I am, this game is a real treat. It has a lot more variety of 'things' than most any game of the genre I have played before, with a broad selection of campuses, objects, class/course types, etc. etc. The uniqueness of the actual theme, that of building and managing a campus, is also refreshing to someone who has played a whole lot of this genre of game over the last several decades. So far I have only played Career mode, and only 3 of the dozen or so campuses in that mode. Each campus has a different premise, with different courses as the primary, starting focus, and each feels quite unique as a result. As you progress through Career mode, you unlock additional campuses, and objects, and courses, etc. and you can move between the various campuses you have already begun to add any of the new things you unlocked in another one. In this respect you aren't just managing "a campus" but a collection of campuses, which is more than I had expected from the game based on what I had read about. It's a lot of fun. The game also has Sandbox and Challenge modes, to extend the playability even further, and has mod support, which also surprised me, as it doesn't support mods through Steam Workshop. Nonetheless the in-game mod browser works well, with the downside that it does require signing up for a 3rd party site and connecting it to your Steam account. I'd have preferred they just do Steam Workshop, but it's a small gripe and, so far, my only gripe with the game. I highly recommend this game to anyone who likes the genre. It's great fun.

It is stressful trying to keep everybody happy but I love the game. I think this game develops faster than two point hospital so if you are in between buying one of them I recommend this game more. And I think it is also because I loved creating an environment for the students more with all the aspects like making them have fun , getting them to be successful , providing for their needs etc.
