This the sixth FMV games I finished till the end and kind of hybrid because although it’s having subtitle, sometimes I used the Chinese subtitle instead because sometimes the sub is not correct, therefore I played using miclink and yaoudao, a software to translate with better grammar accuracy. On to the game, since March 14 2025 update, I don't experience any technical issue while playing this game whether it the loading, unsynchronized audio, lagging, stuttering or unable to login. Unti now the game work well for me, no crash or lag As usual I play this game using Seagate external hard disk with 5 tb capacity. There are many minus points about this game but there are more plus points that should cover the minus. [B]Minus points [*] English subtitle sometimes inaccurate The subtitle quality generally is good but sometimes it has incorrect grammar but still acceptable. [*] Weird story writing The story sometimes feels weird and not very clear although it has important and meaningful messages [*] Story lacking There are many points of the story that need further elaboration to make it more clear for example when the Main Character investigating the organization, the thing he did is unclear and not like usual investigation but instead enjoying himself also the last combat could be more elaborated with more scenes [*] Less satisfying combat sequence The combat could be better if it implements QTE during the combat scenes [*] No achievement The lacks of achievement will makes players unlikely will progress through every scene of the story as there is lacks of reward for them to achieve. [B]Plus points , the reason why I still recommend this game [*] Great acting The actress did amazing acting to bring the story in to live especially : [*] 王楠楠 – Wáng nán nán (played as Sū zǐ mò – the girl who plays music instrument), [*] 林妍柔 – Lín yán róu (played as Lǐ wǎn wǎn ) – the girls often wear red, [*] 龚芳妮 – Gōng fang nī (played as Yè yǔ – the bodyguard), [*] 章凯玥 – Cheung Hoi Yuet ( played as Yǐn rán - the silk merchant), [*] 刘柠熹 - Liúníngxī (played as Gāo yuè – the Governor Wife) and even supporting actress such as 何雨桐 - Hé yǔ tóng (played as Aunt Lan – 樓月望’s manager) [*] Great Music The music in this game including the instrumental are very good and enjoyable to listen to. [*] Great outfit The wardrobe team deserve praise for the amazing and beautiful outfit. [*] Lots of important messages Such as "knowledge will change destiny" which highlight the importance of education and literacy and "what the most important is the citizen wealth and quality of life". [*] Detailed production with great environment The environment is very well created and makes you feels really at China during kingdom era and the props it’s made very detail such as books with the contents really related to the story [*] The 樓月望 transformation that improve the quality of life of the girls living there is great idea although many of the implementation is a bit weird but it gives the girls who looked down in society a better way to earn money. Based on all mentioned above, I can give this game a score of 80/100 because despite its minus it's has many plus value for anyone played the game. Thank you for 大聪明工作室, the developer of this game that despite needed some fix and polish has made the game enjoyable enough and gives some important messages to it's players. For the next production, I hope the story will have better writing and implementation while for me the acting of the actress (specifically mentioned above), the environment and details are already great and should be maintained.

I finished the game and unlocked all the endings. It's a nice game. As a time traveler, you wake up in the body of a prince of a ruling dynasty. Who was sent on a mission to investigate the situation in a remote province. So you decide to investigate the situation by infiltrating a nightclub. In which you meet a lot of characters who had to take refuge here because of their difficulties in life. As a person from modern times, you will be able to use some of your knowledge to improve the situation and life of these beauties lady. However, you will have to be careful not to be revealed as the heir to the throne the whole time. And so you had access to the opportunity to investigate the difficult situation that occurred in the province. The whole game takes place in very nice history settings. Compared to other similar games, I did not encounter a single bug. In addition, the game contains very good English subtitles with perfectly fitting, unlike in other games where it is common to miss a lot of translated scenes or the subtitles are completely out of the spoken word (CREATORS OF OTHER SIMILAR GAMES, LOOK AT WHAT A WELL DONE JOB SHOULD LOOK LIKE). I rate the whole game at 9.5 out of 10 and highly recommend it.

Yin Ran is Waifu. This game supports full English subs, but for some reason says it doesn't. Anyway, don't let steam dissuade you from this absolute masterpiece of an FMV game. Its very long (at around 7-8 hours to complete a route) and it was immensely enjoyable every step of the way. I haven't played many of the historical themed FMV games yet, but I may have made a mistake by playing this one first because its quality may make it hard to play any of the other ones. I hope the devs can change the store settings to show this game supports English so more people can experience how good of a game this is. If you like FMV and are interested in the historical setting, just get it.

I really love this game and it's probably my favorite FMV game, and I've played a lot of them. The production value, the girls, the story, power fantasy. There's just something about it that I enjoy alot. The story is linear, so your choices all lead to the same place, but each choice has different dialogue and favorability. THERE IS ENGLISH - interface and subtitles, despite the store saying that it doesn't. Almost perfect score 9.5/10

I would highly recommend this game. I rely on the English subtitles, although not perfect, and could be refined if the devs put more effort into it... such as labelling buildings, and certain aspects of the scenes with captions. But highly enjoyable. Yes this title has English Subtitles which can be enabled in the Game Title Settings.
