Firstly I have to mention the AI art in this game. You choose if this affects your purchase decision. I really enjoy this game. It itches my brain the right way. This game is roguelike deck-building turn-based card tower defense game. A LOT of cards. Many playable characters. A LOT of upgrades and builds you can try. Dice throws decide the outcome of your decisions/rewards. And you can even alter the dice score. Lock or unlock the cards you want to see in your game. Many difficulty levels. There is even restart battle and last turn option. Game has unique enough mechanics and gameplay that make it stand out of other same genre games. I really like the tower defense style card laying you do on columns. Translation is okaish... but sometimes hard to understand. I'm not that good in english and I could come with better translations for the game.

If the translation/wording was not preventing from understanding what the cards/ events/ etc. do, it would be the best game I played in the last few months. --- Previous salt I love this game but cannot/ dont want to recommend it. The translation to English is trash and it doesn t look like they are going to do anything about it. And I m not talking about the events being incomprehensible (which half of them are), but about the effects of cards/ characters being unreadable: unclear target for the effect, text missing, words in the wrong order, same word for 2 different effects, etc. I love this game. Mechanics are awesome. The world building is unique. There are so much variety and possibilities I am still discovering new ways to use the basic cards. The management in between fights is interesting, fights are rewarding, events are awesome... it s good! There is a lot of cards, and there are lots of ways to manage the pool you ll be playing with. So many things are well thought. Honestly, this game is a banger. There is also room for improvement: most niche mechanics are not triggering as explained, some achievements are obscure, some events give rewards that are different than written, the balance is questionable, the demo isnt updated to the current game version, ... fine tunings... But there is no care for the translation to English. I ve been playing a few games like that and it gets tiring: on top of learning how to play, some cards/ effects are so obscure I dont want to play with them at all. It takes too much effort to try and clarify them one by one. Right now, I would say that I wont be playing with at least 30% of the content. Just because of bad English. A shame.

Strong concept for a game. Some language barrier, so a little ambiguous with the card descriptions in some cases, etc, but can live with it. I've only just started it, so haven't really begun to touch on the synergies, but from what I did play, I enjoyed it, and got a taste for the tactics and synergies you can develop within one of the games Houses (which are essentially the different decks). If you like Roguelite Deckbuilders, and want a game that is unique, fast paced, and offers a lot of variety for synergies and tactics, it will definitely be worth checking out. Just be ready for some minor translation issues, and also some ambiguous wording on the cards (although this is also minor. It's not all the cards).

Good build variations. I like the option to reduce the card pool. Because there are a lot of cards you can unlock. The card descriptions are not always clear though. Especially what the enemies will do. Some have +9 effect descriptions, with multiple variations on the field. Recommended, if you like to build OP decks and can tolerate ambiguous texts. (It helps, that you can rewind turns.)

Made it through the first game and had fun. Here are some thoughts. First, while I dont think tower defense is the right term for this game i do understand why they put it. Perhaps wave defense would be better. Enemy units start on the right hand side of the screen and you place units in columns that enemies arent present in to defend that column. If overrun you can no longer put units into the lost column until you push the enemy back. But with reinforcements from the enemy constantly coming that can be a challenge. There are several different factions that had seemingly different abilities and even structures that you can add to your board. Enemies had special effects that allowed them to do "stuff" such as multiple attacks per turn, but while it would show up when a new enemy was introduced i had problems trying to discern what special ability any one enemy had, There was a "Chalice" or "Ritual" ability which i think had something to do with either when i kill a unit the enemy gets a buff or the enemy kills its own unit and then gets a buff. It was unclear and when hovering over an enemy either i missed it or it just wasnt there as an explanation. overall id say a 8/10, brought a new board to an old genre. That being said as a warning, although since i only finished one game maybe there is more. But it was short, and either i missed it or its part of a second run but there wasnt any endless mode option which would have been nice.
