very fun to play with friends. the added pressure of finishing the hole faster than the other players (not just in fewer strokes) makes this the most interesting and fun golf party game to me.

me and the gang do enjoy golfing in golf gang cause the gang can indeed be golfing (i spent 40$ buying this for them i am actively forcing them to play it)

Very fun to play with friends, especially with 4+ people ; the more chaotic, the better :) (if you feel like it lacks something, there are modifiers to modify the balls' physics or stuff like that, some of them are game changing, some modifier combos are insane)

TLDR: Everyone plays at the same time and races to the finish with the fewest shot as possible. The game manages to balance everything just right for a fun and light hearted experience. Unless you're my bud Christopher. I think he's gonna murder me in my sleep now. As any of these games go, best played with at least 3-4 players. Story: You're a ball. You seek a hole. Be quick my friend, as other balls also seek the hole. Gameplay: Up to 8 players can play at once. It is literally a race, but every shot counts. So while you may finish 1st, if you hit your ball the most, it'll cost you! The balls all collide with each other, so when many people play at once, it can be hilariously chaotic. There are quite a few maps and the game supports steam's workshop. The game includes a variety of mods than you can unlock via in game currency, like hitting the ball extra hard, rubber balls, or another favorite of ours would be that you hold the left click down so the ball just keeps going forward super fast, making the golf feel more like a car racing game. Points work like this: You finish 1st: +1, 2nd +2, 3rd +3 and 4th+ 4 You do the least amount of shots: 1st +1, 2nd fewest shot, +2, etc. To my knowledge, the max is +8, including DNF (did not finish). For every hole you want the least amount of points possible. The majority of maps have 18 holes. Graphics: Basic. They convey the info you need without detracting your attention elsewhere. Audio: I still have PTSD from ''Ready, Set, Go!'' The SFX aren't loud, they are subtle and it's perfect that way. By that I mean it allows you to hear all your friends cursing you to hell and beyond for pushing them off the ledge and finishing right before them. It's very fun, but the novelty wears off quickly, especially since the game isn't any fun alone. So while I suggest getting it, try to get it with a few friends. And hey, don't practice on your own you sucker... You know who you are.
