As the seventh game in the series: 6.0/10 Okay, Let’s Take It a Little Slower ( series order: Barro → 2020 → F → Racing → 22 → F22 → GT → T23 → 2024 → F25 ) I was just flooring it like a maniac in F22 , and then SC Jogos kindly hands us GT . Hey, guys, what exactly are you trying to do to us here? XDDD Barro GT has its own approach to vehicles and track design, and some of its choices are noticeably different from those of the original Barro games. One particularly interesting change is that it tones down the series’ signature jumps. Naturally, that changes how the game feels to drive. You’re no longer just fighting the ramps. More often, you’re dealing with racing lines, speed management, and other cars. And when a track is packed with vehicles, the somewhat lonely, time-trial-like atmosphere of the original *Barro* can suddenly turn into a miniature traffic disaster. There’s a car in front of you. Another beside you. More cars heading into the corner. And then everyone goes flying off the track together. BEAUTIFUL ! At this point, you start to realize that *Barro* might never have been particularly interested in simulating real racing in the first place. Its real strength is turning racing into something casual, chaotic, and easy to restart. Taking it seriously? Nah, not necessary. Going for another round? Absolutely. ( Time to find out what the eighth game, Barro T23, has in store. )
Low effort racing game where the main goal is to beat other players' times, I think (there are also normal races with AI and custom number of laps but those are pointless to play). You get your achievements just by exiting the races so if you don't like the game you'll get your achievements really quickly either way. All the Barro games I ever played feel exactly the same, same handling, same paper physics, same low poly graphics. However, you need to realize you only pay 49 cents for this game and for what it does, you can't really complain too much.
