Worst purchasing method of any game I've ever encountered. But it's like one of the worlds best puzzle games where the puzzle is murder and if you ever get too frustrated you can just shoot all the jigsaw pieces in the head.

Purchase "Hitman World of Assassination" if you just want the Base games of Hitman 1,2, and 3. Purchase "Hitman World of Assassination: Deluxe Edition" if you want the Base Games AND playable DLC. Now that the confusing way this game is sold is explained, I can review the game. These are extremely fun level based assassination games which highly encourages replayability. The story is ok, and enjoyable enough if you pay attention, but the gameplay is really where the game shines. I find it extremely fun to enter a level blind, experiment, see what pieces are present how and what makes them move, and then on repeat plays of the level manipulating the pieces to my whims and performing fun and creative assassinations. I highly recommend this game if you like on the fly stealth and puzzle solving.

The online requirement is truly ridiculous. There is no multiplayer, the game is exclusively singleplayer. But if you play offline, the majority of the game is inaccessible - to the point that if you never go online its impossible to fully complete any of the levels. A great game that carries around the baggage of an utterly moronic decision.

The process of buying this game is more confusing then beating it, only buy World of Assassination, NOT World of assassination PART ONE.
