"hair pin right" as im going 100 MPH and the turn is 20 feet infront of me. ... i didnt make the turn. 10/10 game tho cant wait for the full game :)

A simple but very enjoyable rally game, there isn't much content yet but it's priced fairly to reflect that and its in early access so I look forward to returning to it in the future.

Old School Rally stands out as one of the most polished early access titles I've played, and it's clear that the developers have a deep passion and respect for the racing genre. The game runs flawlessly, whether you're playing on a desktop or the Steam Deck, making it a great choice for racing enthusiasts on the go. Visually, the game is stunning, with an art style that’s both unique and immersive. The smooth gameplay complements the graphics, creating a racing experience that’s both satisfying and engaging. The handling is responsive, though some might find the cars a bit too grippy—this could come down to personal preference. Despite being in early access, there's already a solid amount of content available, especially considering the price point. However, some players might feel that the current content doesn’t fully justify the cost. The good news is that the roadmap promises plenty more to come, which makes the investment more appealing. There are a few minor issues, such as occasional late calls and some clipping, but these are small annoyances in an otherwise promising game. The developers have laid a strong foundation, and I’m excited to see what future updates will bring, especially if they include more game modes, cars, and possibly even multiplayer. Old School Rally is a simple but fun rally game that’s definitely worth following as it continues to develop. If you’re a fan of racing games and want to support a team making quality content without publisher interference, this one is worth checking out. Bought it right after release and really enjoyed the first tracks... Gotta play some more in the next days. Only negative i felt so far is that the co-pilots calls are a little too late in my opinion. Sometimes there wasn't enough time between his call and the corner, which made me kiss the trees
