It is a decent game but for 4 euros I don't know if you can expect that much more from it, a slightly positive rating would likely be the most fair rating considering the price. It was fun for the first hour, hour and a half and then it was 30 minutes to just complete the game which wasn't great and felt like filler to extend the game time. The most annoying part is that you need to play an hour to two hours extra to complete the last achievement, which is to fish a total of 300 times (you will likely be at 150-200 when you are done), and at that point you will feel done with the game and there is no more progress to be had.

This is a great game. It's affordable and a lot of fun. You could probably 100% it in one sitting, if you're absolutely nuts! IT's such a chill game, I highly recommend it.

Hard to justify the price. Some constructive criticism next. It took me 2 hours to finish the game, Around 5 to 100%, only because I had to grind the 300 runs achievement. The incremental tree is very linear, it doesn't give you a choice at all. The repeatability is none. After a while, you have unlocked everything (by mindlessly grinding), and that's that, no prestiges; I actually enjoy trying to break the game engine by endlessly leveling up stuff, but not in this case I guess. I feel like the boat leveling system is both underwhelming and underutilized; leveling up the boat should be fun and rewarding, not like "oh, 4 more seconds on the clock, sure." On that point, all of a sudden I beat the game by reaching lvl 5 before unlocking all upgrades. Because you can't follow the boat leveling in-game, it just appeared, and I was like, "Well, ok, I guess." There are a lot of great upgrades that give you the sense it's exponential, but in reality everything is so rushed it's just linear. You will unlock an upgrade, and the next round it will give you 4x more coins. I really enjoy the graphics and the relaxing OS. I don't regret at all spending my money on it, but I just wish the game would last long enough than I can't refund it after beating it. Hoping there are more updates in the future!

Profit Sea Incremental, developed and published by Monkey Cube, is a small-scale idle game that embraces simplicity and structure in a genre often defined by endless escalation. It places you in control of a modest fishing operation and gradually transforms that humble beginning into a streamlined, automated system driven by upgrades and efficiency. Rather than overwhelming the player with layers of mechanics from the outset, it introduces its systems at a steady pace, making it easy to understand while still delivering the satisfying progression that incremental games are known for. The gameplay loop revolves around a familiar but effective formula: generate income, invest in upgrades, and watch your output grow. Early on, you’re actively involved, manually triggering actions and making deliberate choices about where to allocate resources. As upgrades accumulate, the experience shifts toward automation, allowing your operation to run with increasing independence. This transition is handled smoothly, and it captures the core appeal of the genre—the gradual move from effort-driven progress to a system that thrives on its own momentum. Watching numbers climb and efficiency improve creates a steady sense of reward that keeps the loop engaging. One of the game’s defining strengths is its pacing. Unlike many idle games that stretch their progression across long, sometimes exhausting playtimes, this one feels deliberately contained. Milestones arrive at a consistent rhythm, and the game avoids dragging out its systems beyond what they can support. There’s a clear sense of forward movement, with each upgrade feeling meaningful without becoming overwhelming. This makes it particularly accessible for players who may not want to commit to the long-term grind typically associated with the genre. Visually, the game adopts a clean, understated style that complements its relaxed tone. The maritime theme is present throughout, with simple yet pleasant visuals that reinforce the idea of a calm, methodical operation. The interface is straightforward and easy to navigate, ensuring that players can quickly understand their options without being bogged down by unnecessary complexity. This clarity helps maintain the game’s approachable nature and keeps the focus on progression rather than management overhead. However, the same design choices that make the game approachable also limit its depth. The mechanics remain largely consistent throughout, with few surprises or significant shifts in how the game is played. Once you’ve grasped the core loop, there are no major systems introduced later on to redefine the experience. For players who enjoy incremental games with layered strategies, prestige systems, or evolving mechanics, this can make the game feel somewhat shallow over time. Replay value is also limited by its structured nature. Because the game is designed with a clear endpoint rather than an endless progression system, there’s less incentive to return once you’ve completed it. While this makes the experience feel complete and self-contained, it also means that its longevity depends entirely on how much you enjoy the initial journey rather than any ongoing engagement. Despite these limitations, Profit Sea Incremental succeeds in delivering a focused and polished experience. It understands what it wants to be—a concise, relaxing incremental game—and executes that vision without unnecessary complications. There’s a certain appeal in how it respects the player’s time, offering a satisfying progression arc without demanding excessive commitment. In the end, it stands as a solid example of a streamlined idle game. It may not offer the complexity or long-term depth of larger titles in the genre, but it provides a smooth, enjoyable experience that’s easy to pick up and see through to completion. For players looking for a straightforward and well-paced incremental game, it delivers exactly what it promises. Rating: 7/10

Short answare: this game was very, very fun and worth the price. I took about 3 hours to compleate the game and 3.5 hours roughtly to compleatly 100% it. The game was overall very fun and extreamly statisfing to play, It did get stale afew times throughout my run but it wasnt to bad and I didnt findmyself to bored, however I did compleate the game over about 3 days. I would highly reccomend you buy this game, for the low price it was really a fun experience, and I can already see the strong potential for future content updates if they dont abandon it (please dont) For the genre I would personally give it a 8.5/10 rating. One last thing, in the very end game there is a large series of upgrades you can do in a branch format that take awhile, they dont give any achiments or special reward for compeatling them, so i wouldnt bother. (took me about 45mins to finish all of them so they took abit of time)
