Might have played an hour or two *checks notes* or 2,176. Can be a little repetitive but if you are looking for something that doesn't require much thought it can be fun. I keep ending up with renters struggling with substance abuse. And I do get tired of decorating the same places over and over but over all it's a quick to pick up mostly cozy game. Never have any issues with game play itself and mechanics are easy to pick up.

I recommend this game especially for players who love building and decorating apartments, just like in the sims. i always looked for a game like that, because i never really enjoyed playing with the sims themselves – i just wanted to build. and this is exactly what i was looking for. In the tenants, designing spaces is the main focus. you get to renovate and decorate different apartments, and it's so much fun to be creative. taking care of the people who later rent your place is a nice little bonus, but not the main thing – which i love. The graphics are simple and beautiful, and the game is not demanding at all. it runs perfectly on my pc without any problems. The controls are super easy to understand, even if you're a beginner. it's a relaxing and creative game that lets you enjoy building without stress:)

As much as I love 'The Tenants' it is a repetitive buggy mess, which (most) encountered bugs can be simply fixed by closing the game and reopening. Even with the games flaws and (very) repetitive gameplay I would DEFINITELY recommend if it is on sale, if not on sale, I'd say wait for sure. commonly goes on sale for $3. I understand the game has not been updated for over a year now, but the base content is quite enjoyable for me. I didn't purchase the DLC as many warned the fact that it would break the game. I don't regret getting it during a sale, decorating every little rooms, helping my tenants with their requests and slowly growing my properties. I have thoroughly enjoyed it so far.

Played 69 hours to complete the game (nice). Pretty good, more of a renovation simulator for major parts of the game, but working to do those jobs quickly and min-max the prestige of the apartments I own certainly kept me entertained for the entire time, and I plan to keep checking in and try to get the most expensive properties for kicks.
