difficult game with some stupidity on the penguins on how they would die or instantly you would loose all rep for doing things your ment to do to get rep so very confusing since its nearly impossible to get above a rank that is limited already would wish to make it instead of rep requirments to be something different

This game is so fun but it is HARD. I'm on easy mode and have 20 in-game years. I'm still not to the fourth city level. I think there are mechanics of the game not explained and there are no real guides out.
