I give it a 6/10. Positive aspects: - The game is chill and well-constructed. - The beginning is fun and challenging. - Overall, it provides a fun experience. Negative aspects: - The endgame feels tedious, especially for completionists. - Unlocking badges and buildings requires days of repetitive exploration with only one explorer. - Lack of sufficient fast-forward options, you spend a lot of your time waiting for it to pass. - The endgame economy is broken, allowing easy money accumulation but no meaningful way to speed up progress that depend on exploration. Technical issues: - Experienced a couple of crashes. - Encountered a bug where the Cinema was occupied by a penguin producing fish, breaking the building’s functionality and requiring rebuilding twice.

Played the relax mode. Absolutely loved that it was so cute and had so many penguins. Lost in time for 4.3 hours. Clicked the easiest mode to play with so. Haha. Just a few things to note - 1) There is no move for the buildings once you built it. Only can destroy and rebuild which is a full refund of materials and money. Just a tad troublesome. Unless of course your buildings got destroyed by animals then you lose all of it 2) In order to advance your community to the next level you need to compete with the rankings . Like being a province means you have to get rank 2-6 , which is a really rubbish way to level up because you got to compete with other players, so its dumb as heck. And if you don't manage to get you ranking up there, you dont get to unlock more establishments. But.... luckily there are little players in this game.... so i got pretty easy to rank #23 in a few hours and got to "city" 3) The annual goals that gives you extra reputation points is not pinned anywhere after they evaluate you after each in game year. So you need to memorise those goals and if you achieve them you get those reputation points. Ain't sure if those points last you through the entire game or by in game year. - Cos killing a whale gives you extra reputation points but expires after a while in game time. I am really here cos of the penguins cos they are so so so cute. If I still don't get to advance after a few plays, likely I would just quit an uninstall. Haha. Eitherways, its a $4.50 game - so its decent for the on sale price. Cute penguins !!!

Simcityish. I lost hours to this game! The quests that pop up lead you into building a variety of facilities and resources, but you can shape it any way you want. Your village advances to be a city, then a province, and then you are king. But holding the crown is trickier than you might think! I played it all the way through twice before I felt like I'd seen everything.

Really enjoyed this game. Lovely city builder layout, tutorials were good without waffeling on for hours. I love that this game doesn't require fighting/raiding/warring beyond keeping the Seals and Killer whales at bay. Not personally come across any issues or glitches yet which is promising. Overall, great game, relaxing and stress free.

Really fun game overall ! Pros - It has penguins! Fun building game with lots of different mechanics to manage Really relaxing game Nice progression through the start of the game towards the mid game Cons - Very grindy to get the achievements No real end game content, just grind to find more islands A couple of bugs, nothing game breaking but a little annoying sometimes Overall a fun little game, deffo recommend
