Last year I tested this Demo and adored it. After trying many "cozy game", I often find myself being bored and disappointed as there's often too much dialogue and nothing fun happening gameplay wise. So when it came out I was so excited. Now that I finished it, I have mixed feelings; The game is great, the vibe of the Konbini is really nice, being able to help customers and manage the shop at the same time is really great. Moral of the story is cute and the gameplay is satisfying. However... I can't help but feel like the game is missing some content. - For the whole game your character is realizing that it's not just a boring job, yet it still ends abruptly after a week. We never have a chance to manage the shop on our own which is very frustrating. - There's a lot of cooking essentials behind the counter, yet we are never able to cook. I was hoping to be able to manage some easy drinks & fried food as a new mechanics, yet it never happened. I can't help but feel like it's teasing something that should be coming. - Customers are great but it's always the same 3 people. I feel like it lacks some random people coming in, to let us enjoy the managing side of it. More items to unlock, customization here and there, testing new marketing strategies, having some additionnal tasks like cleaning etc... I feel like we're given a gameplay we can't fully enjoy, some tasks being done only once. All that being said, the game is still great, we can tell it has been made with love. But for this price, I was really hopping to get more content. I know it's not a "supermarket simulator", but having the liberty of running our little shop for a while with random people would have been great. Right now it kinda feels like an extended demo. I have a small hope that maybe some more content will be coming ? This is a taste of what cosy game should feel like ; cute story, with an enjoyable gameplay.

I should have played the demo for this before purchasing, but I wanted to support the dev. Before you buy this please note it is an interactive narritive driven game and not really a konbini SIMULATOR. So depending on what you're into, this may or may not be up your alley.

I love that there's no time limit for everything. You can take your time rearranging and organizing shelf stock while a customer is waiting to check out and they won't get angry. This really is a cozy game by definition. Cons: - EXTREMELY SHORT. Instead of one week, it should have been a month lol. More characters, more tasks. - No option to continue playing or to unlock an infinite mode Honestly this was worth the wait. I just wish it was longer.

This game is so cute and really easy to get into and just enjoy the vibes, the stories and just stocking shelves. I played the demo and immediately had to get the game when it was released. The only thing I really wish is there was a 'sandbox mode' where we could just keep playing it, decorating, ordering the items we need for the shelves, unlocking new items, etc. I would play this game endlessly if it introduced a mode like that.

A very cozy game that adds a bit more story and fun to a simulation game. Reminds me a lot of the book convenience store woman by Sayaka Murata for obvious reasons. if you like that book you might like this game, and if you like this game you will absolutely love that book.
