Low effort racing game where the main goal is to beat other players' times, I think (there are also normal races with AI and custom number of laps but those are pointless to play). You get your achievements just by exiting the races so if you don't like the game you'll get your achievements really quickly either way. All the Barro games I ever played feel exactly the same, same handling, same paper physics, same low poly graphics. However, you need to realize you only pay 49 cents for this game and for what it does, you can't really complain too much.

It was a great game and the 19 race was wild but why when I touch the enemy car it starts turning off his car this is stupid and makes the game easier and more boring you can add things to make the rest of the cars faster if they take ıt or you take ıt or something to destroy the car in front of you this will make the game more fun or like drifting it will make the game wild

(ENGLISH + SPANISH) Honestly, Barro GT pleasantly surprised me with several improvements compared to the previous version I had played, which felt like a mix between Micromachines and Hot Wheels Beat That. And if you’re not familiar with those two classics, it’s either because you never owned a PlayStation 2 or you missed out on a huge part of gaming history. So please, do yourself a favor, find an emulator, and play them. Trust me, they’re worth it. Now, back to Barro GT. The game still maintains its simple essence but now includes a bunch of upgrades that truly make it stand out from its predecessor. For starters, the tracks are much longer and more detailed, resembling actual racing circuits, which gives it a more professional and less generic feel. Add to that a wider variety of vehicles and levels, and you get a much more complete and enjoyable experience. Another thing I noticed and appreciated is that achievements are no longer just handed to you. Here, you actually have to earn them, which adds a bit more challenge and reward. Plus, they introduced a new ability: the use of nitro. While it’s not groundbreaking, it’s a nice addition to the gameplay that feels well implemented. That said, beyond these improvements, the game is still essentially the same in terms of mechanics and simplicity. Don’t expect something entirely different or innovative. However, I think that’s precisely one of its strengths: it’s a very simple game but well-crafted. Within its category, it delivers on its promises and provides entertainment, which is what really matters. In conclusion, if I recommended the previous version to support this indie developer, I’m definitely recommending this one too. It entertained me a lot, and for such a simple game, that’s saying something. If you’re looking for something straightforward but well-made, Barro GT is a solid choice. -------------------------------------------------------------------- La verdad, Barro GT me sorprendió con varias mejoras respecto a la versión anterior que habÃa jugado, esa que parecÃa una mezcla entre Micromachines y Hot Wheels Beat That. Y si no conocés estos dos juegazos, es porque nunca tuviste una PlayStation 2 o porque te perdiste una gran parte de la historia de los videojuegos. Asà que, por favor, hacete un favor y buscá un emulador para jugarlos. En serio, valen la pena. Volviendo a Barro GT, el juego sigue manteniendo esa esencia simple, pero ahora con un montón de mejoras que realmente lo destacan frente a su predecesor. Para empezar, las pistas son mucho más largas y detalladas, acercándose al diseño de un circuito de carreras real, lo que le da un aire más profesional y menos genérico. Esto, sumado a que hay una mayor variedad de vehÃculos y niveles, hace que la experiencia sea mucho más completa y divertida. Otra cosa que noté y que agradezco es que ya no te regalan los logros porque sÃ. Acá hay que ganárselos de verdad, lo que agrega un poco más de desafÃo y recompensa. Además, incorporaron una nueva habilidad: el uso de nitro, que aunque no sea algo revolucionario, le da un toque extra al gameplay que se siente bienvenido. Eso sÃ, más allá de estas mejoras, el juego sigue siendo esencialmente el mismo en términos de mecánica y simplicidad. No esperes algo completamente distinto o innovador. Sin embargo, creo que esa es justamente una de sus fortalezas: es un juego muy simple, pero bien hecho. Dentro de su categorÃa, cumple con lo que promete y entretiene, que es lo que importa. En conclusión, si ya recomendé la versión anterior para apoyar a este desarrollador indie, esta definitivamente sà la voy a recomendar. Me entretuvo bastante, y para un juego tan simple. Si buscás algo sencillo pero bien hecho, Barro GT es una buena opción.

I thought all Barro games are the same, just with new tracks and new skins for the cars. But no, this one uses realistic cars on realistic tracks. There's even a useless pit, and grass lowers your speed. It is still a minimal arcade racing game. Pick a car pick a colour pick a track choose weather, number of opponents, number of laps and go, go go.
